Hi,

I have products listed with no reviews. Google’s structured data tool is showing an error because of 0 reviews. “reviewCount 0 (The value provided for reviewCount must be a positive value.)”

Code snippet: <span class=”rating-count” itemprop=”reviewCount”>0</span>

Is there a setting or something to have it not output if there are no reviews, so that google doesn’t show an error?

Hi there!

There is no way to do this selectively, but you can either disable reviews on the products without any reviews or use the code snippet here to remove the review structured data completely – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/after-i-update-i-face-a-permalink-issue-i-get-cant-change-my-permalinks/#post-11988538

I was able to find a solution on another site which seems to have done the trick: https://www.checkerboard.com/web-development/fix-offers-review-aggregaterating-specified/
