Stripe & Woocommerce : miscommunication

    Hello,
    I’m having some problems with woocommerce
    a lot of our customer try to buy our products and have a message that says that their transaction failed when it actually didn’t and they were debited from their account (we are using stripe). so they try multiple times and the same message of failure appear and they’re debited again.
    on the commande detail this message appear “Désolé, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de traiter votre paiement pour le moment. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement.”
    We contacted stripe and the problem does not seem to come from our stripe account
    Do you have a solution to this problem?

    Hi @shaary!

    Can you please share your site’ System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button, then paste it here.

    Please feel free to redact any information from your System Status Report that you think should not be shared publicly. 🙂

    Hi,

    I have updated the wc version (now 6.8.0).
    I still have the same issue, I contacted stripe again, and they said that the problem may come from the integration of the 3D secure and they advise me to reach out to you.
    Can you help me with this because it’s causing us a lot of problems with our clients.
