Stripe payments error

    Hi,

    I received multiple emails with title “Stripe payments error”. It’s weird because, I tested it live and it worked (both on my desktop and mobile). I was wondering it there was a bug with my settings or if it was a spam.

    I just want to make sure I’m not loosing customers because my Stripe payments doesn’t work.

    Here is the detailed email I received :

    Following error occured during payment processing:

    Invalid Stripe Token

    Hi Philippe.

    Since there is no Stripe data available in the debug data, I don’t think those are live users. Those can be some bots clicking buttons on your site.

    How often do you receive emails like that? Have any of your customer reported any issues with the payments?

    There is a setting in the plugin called “Disable Buttons Before Javascript Loads” (Advanced Settings tab). If you enable it, this should stop bots from clicking your buttons.

    This is one of the shortcode :

    Until now, I received these email 6-7 times for the last 2 weeks I would say. I also have a new theme (Elementor).

    I will enable the buttons as mentioned and see what it does.

    Hi @ostiguyphilippe, the shortcode looks okay to me. I am just curious, why are you adding an empty class parameter in the shortcode?

    If you following what @alexanderfoxc suggested that should help you.

    Thank you for the answer. I don’t remember why I did that. I think it’s because I wanted my buttons to be the color of my theme.
