    Hi guys, so I had an order placed on my site 24/11/2021 and I never received an email until today 01/12/2021. It was a payment from Stripe, now I have a few questions about this.

    I don’t have Stripe enabled (I did but took it off) on my site to my knowledge and also after looking into it, Stripe send monthly orders on the 1st of every month. I cannot have my customers waiting a month for their orders.

    I would like to remove this payment method but unsure how to. Under payments, non of the Stripe options are enabled. Also I am receiving other orders placed via Paypal and DD which come through straight away via email so I think that is best because I also receive the payment straight away.

    So just to clarify, how do I remove this option or unlink it? As I have said, I cannot see any option enabled under payments.

  • I understand what you are saying, but this is depending on many factors.

    for us to take a better look, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
