The plugin used to be workable for my woocommerce store, but recently i found payment fail via this plugin, it said “payment failed, please refresh and retry”.

The stripe account is good and I write correct API information. I don’t change any other configuration for the website these days.

How can I solve this problem?

Hello, I have the same problem. I’ve downloaded from latest version here:

But it does not work. The log file says:

I too am having this problem on my site for a month or more now. Existing customers had to input their credit card manually into the “payment information” page of the dashboard. They are not able to enter their card at check out. New customers have to call have me login as them in order to enter card info.

@amylatka, that sounds like a scripting conflict. I recommend you (and other!) try the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/troubleshooting/

…especially the Conflict testing. Please let us know the results! I would also make sure that your host has caching disabled on both the cart and checkout, as described here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/
