Hi negusoi,
The easiest way to translate the plugin (or other plugins) is using a translation plugin such as Loco Translate.
The directory you mentioned (wp-content/languages/plugins) is the correct placement for the plugin’s language files. If your translation files are made correctly, you’ll want to ensure they match the current language that you’ve set for your WordPress site under the “Settings” tab of your wp-admin panel.
Please note that the “Description” field is manually set within WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Stripe. So if you are trying to change the description, please do so there and not by using a translation file:

Hello again, i’m using POEdit for translations, and I’ve uploaded the translation files. However, I cannot see that the WordPress are able to read these translations for the Stripe plugin. The language is still not translated after cache is cleared and the page is refreshed.
I think I’m using the incorrect filename when saving. What’s the correct file name for saving the .po and .mo files for language nb_NO?
I’m still waiting for the answer, any updates regarding my issue ? Thanks.
