    Hello guys,

    For some reason our customers can’t input their credit card details. The fields appear to be blocked ? this is the error that I’m getting on the logs :

    I’m running on :
    wordpress 5.3.2
    woocommerce 3.8.1
    stripe 4.3.1

    Any ideas on what’s going on ?

    The first thing that stands out is the outdated version of WooCommerce you have on the site, I would suggest updating that first by following this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/

    If that fails to resolve the problem, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
