Stripe gateway : Card declined

    Hello,

    I’m fighting to make Stripe working fine on my checkout phase.
    It works for test mode (I see the handshake on Stripe event list) and the order is made properly.

    But when I try to proceed with a real card it says “Card declined” with no other explaination. I checked 500 times my configuration (woocommerce + stripe account) and everything just look fine. Live test is on, SSL is working, two differents cards tested (VISA + Mastercard) same issue

    Stripe support confirmed me that during test phase it works but during a real payement there’s no request coming from my website toward Sripe.

    I use :
    WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway

    What did the Stripe debug log entries contain for these transactions?. If you did not have to debug enabled you can enable that for Stripe from this setting for future transactions and it may reveal some more details for you.

    To access the logs you can locate those at WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    Hi,

    I just solved the issue recently by generating a new API number on Stripe website.

    Now it works perfectly.
