Stripe automatic renewal failed.

    I am seeing a failed renewal for a subscription (using Subscriptions for WooCommerce from ThemeHigh) even though previous renewals processed fine. The error is Stripe automatic renewal failed. Reason: The payment_method parameter supplied pm_xxx belongs to the Customer cus_xxx. Please include the Customer in the customer parameter on the PaymentIntent.

    When I look in Stripe, the order number is not there at all. The customer is there with the ID that matches the above error and the payment_parameter ID in the above error matches the previous renewal order from July.

    Any idea what could be causing this?

    Thank you for contacting Payment Plugins. That doesn’t look like a message from our plugin. Can you share the Stripe account ID so we can review the logs?

    What is the payment intent ID for this failed renewal?
