I have used Stripe for a year successfully and yesterday I enabled Apple Pay function also. But when someone tries to pay with Apple Pay they get this error “Payment Not Completed”
It sounds like the issue only appears when someone tries to pay with Apple Pay. Getting a bit more information on this issue should help us figure out what’s going on here. Could you please share the following details with us?
– Your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
– Screenshot of the error you are seeing. We recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here.
– Share the latest/relevant stripe log. For that, head over to WooCommerce > Status > Log and select the relevant log from the dropdown. Click on the View button to view the log.

– If you don’t have debug lod option enabled, you can find the option in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Debug log > Check – Enable logging. Once you have done that, you will need to retry the payment to generate the error log. Now follow the above step again.

Can I ask you to give it a try yourself with 2-3 test products and see if you can make a purchase? If you only recently verified your domain it might be worth to wait 24h until Apple has populated your domain verification.

Thank you for sharing the stripe log and the screenshot. I am not seeing anything noteworthy in the log. The next step is to carry out a full conflict test.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
