String Translation Option Only Appears for Default Language

When I go to Languages > strings translations, I’m not able to add anything. The only fields that are displayed are for English, which is my default language. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, but it’s still not showing the fields for my other language. I have translated my header menu and some of my pages already.
