String translation from plug-in not considered

    Hi,

    In the “String Translation” tab of Polylang, I have translated some strings for one of my plug-ins ( Screets CX ). I have cleared the page cache (WP Super cache) however the text remains in english and the translation does not appear.
    Please help!
