Stream does not load on one-page-website

I have set up an instagram stream on a one-page-website. When I load the website an scroll down the stream is not loaded. Only when I reload the page upon having reached the stream’s position, the feed is displayed correctly.

Is there any option to make the stream loading “in advance” so that it already displays when reaching the #section on the one page website?

By the way: It works correctly on mobile devices but not on desktop versions.
