StrapFolio theme has no workable stylesheet

When I try to change things in my ‘editor’ via ‘appearance’, there is no changeble information in the Style sheet (style css) This only happens with the StrapFolio theme. When I check the other themes like ‘twenty twelve’ there is this information so i think it’s part of this specific theme? I already re-activated the theme once
