Strange view in admin appearence menu

    When I go to menus page in my admin dashboard, it shows this strange white box with 2 links: Log out, manage in customizer. It only happens when I use baskerville theme, but I really want to use it, I have downloaded plugins to check errors, but it doesnt appear. Thank you in advance.
