Strange translucent screen covering blog

Not sure how to describe this one…I have this light translucent gray screen over the top half of my blog. Happened when I reinstalled wp e-commerce. You can not click on anything, I deactivated the plugin and it didn’t seem to work. It is on all my pages. what is this and how do i fix it?
