Strange text string showing up on some posts

    This is showing up in my blog at the top of each (not all) posts: <<<<<< 149006474c

    I have had to remove full posts and start over. All have “<<<<<” in them. Any ideals what I am doing wrong?

    Mucho Strange!

    Did you edit the template files (index.php)?
    Did you import those posts from somewhere else?
    Can you identify when the posts have this? (are you using an external blogging tool, like w.bloggar or something?)

    I have not messed with index.php. All the posts are created by just using the normal editor with WordPress. I thought I was using the system as-is out of the box.
