Strange Redirect

Hi,

I installed your plugin yesterday and now Sucuri reports malware on my site (http://klasshub.lk/404javascript.js – Known javascript malware: rogueads.unwanted_ads?1)

It also shows a strange redirect as below.

Redirects to: https://klasshub.lk/wp-content/cache/swift-performance/klasshub.lk/desktop/unauthenticated/index.html

Need help to solve this.
