strange PHP fatal error

Hello,
Thanks for this really useful plugin.
I have just found it and it seems to be the best for my needs about this EU legal requirement.
It works all fine in most cases, but for one product it just stopped working and gave the below error message.
The error does not happen at another products and only apperars if the _eggl_show_garan option is active. I am using the [eu_garan] shortcode as I have custom product page layout.

The [eu_guarantee_notice] shortcode works fine on all product pages, even on that one, where the [eu_garan] gives the fatal error when activated.

Please help me find out how this error can be fixed as I would really like to use your nice plugin.
