Strange output

I seem to be having an issue with an AI form output that starts out fine, but then eventually turns into complete gibberish. At this time, it appears to be only with xAI grok 4.5, whether I choose the model directly from xAI or through Openrouter.

I am assuming this is probably an xAI issue, but I cannot seem to replicate it using xAI directly.

Any thoughts?

Example output: It will start off 4 or paragraphs of normalcy then all of a sudden start displaying stuff like this:
