strange Indexes on MySQL Database

    I checked MySQL database , I found Indexes in Posts table

    wppepvn_post_content
    wppepvn_post_excerpt
    wppepvn_post_name
    wppepvn_post_title

    and I do not know where they came from

    all keys are FULLTEXT keys
    is it related to this plugin ??

    No, the indexes you mention are not created by this plugin. (As of v 1.4.5 we totally ignore FULLTEXT indexes.)

    A quick search on https://wpdirectory.net/ shows that the wppepvn prefix is mentioned in a plugin called wp-optimize-by-xtraffic.
