strange behavior while detecting ip

    Hi,
    in plugin settings

    on tab “tools”:
    checking my ip 37.145.111.187

    result –
    “IP Adress 37.145.111.187 belongs to Russian Federation.
    This country is not permitted to visit the frontend of this website.”

    on tab “backend”:
    “Your IP address is 37.145.111.187, 37.145.111.187. The country that is listed for this IP address is Unknown.”

    And plugin do not stop me from browsing frontend.

    So, can you, please, point me where to dig, to make plugin working?
