• I have the plugin setup and have been using it for awhile on a site, but just realized that the state is incorrect in the shop address on invoices. I have NC set, but it is showing AL.

    Hi @nlbailey

    Check you address settings in the plugin (WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Shop Information).

    Assuming the settings I mentioned are correct, then you likely need to display your PDFs with the latest settings: Show PDF with the latest settings

    Ok, so enabling test mode does show the correct state. Once I disable it though, it goes back to the wrong state. Is the “Always use most current settings” the proper way to fix it, or is there a way to save the latest and still leave it off? Seems like there should be a way to save the latest as current and not have to change any of the settings?

    @nlbailey,

    The “Always use most current settings” would be the way to fix it. This would affect older invoices if they are regenerated, so that is what you would need to keep in mind.

    Normally, a document should not show different data from the time it was first created. It should show the data from the time it was first created. We also have the “Keep PDF on Server” option, so that a new document is never regenerated after the very first time it was generated. It would only reload the original document.

    I hope I’m making sense.
