Looks like you have a cache plugin running. See if you can clear the cache in its settings. If that doesn’t work, leave the plugin deactivated until the problem is solved.
what is a cache plugin? I apologize I am on the lower end of the learning curve with this website know how?
A cache plugin is keeping copies of some parts of your site so the pages can be rendered quickly. Whenever you get display problems, the first thing to try is clearing the plugin’s cache.
On your dashboard, look for the Plugins menu item. In there, look for a plugin called W3TC or W3 Total Cache, not sure exactly what its called. Anyway it will have “cache” in its name. Find its settings and look for a clear cache button, or similar.
If that doesn’t fix this problem, deactivate this plugin.
Thank you for that explanation! I just looked and I don’t have plugin with CACHE in the name at all, or W3TC. Could it be anything else?
Need to rule out plugin / theme conflicts. This guide can help find the plugin or theme culprit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
