Store banner does not show.

    Hi,I am using the dokan plugin and dokan free theme.But i got few problems such as 1.The store banner image does not show 2.The contact form for vendor store does not show in vendor store page’s sidebar 3.The wp profile image does not show in store profile photo(The gravator image works fine) .Can you check all of these issues and let me know the solution?Thank you.

    Hello @roping,

    Please make sure that your vendor has uploaded a banner image from his vendor dashboard -> settings area. Also, he/she should upload the profile image for the store. Also, you have to enable Avatar from wp-admin -> Settings -> Discussion and enable “Show Avatar” option 🙂

    Hi,I can assure you that i have opened a store(http://heavenmade.co.uk/store/heavenmade/) in the site by myself and i have added profile image,store banner and store info in my store by top right menu “Dashboard”>”Setting” but nothing is showing.Also,the show avatar option is on in wp-admin -> Settings -> Discussion that checked by myself.
    By the way,when i click from right top menu “Dashboard”>”Visit your store” then everything showing properly.Also,when i add profile image here https://en.gravatar.com/ then its showing properly in everywhere.
    Please check everything and advice about the solution.Thanks

    Hello @roping,

    I am really sorry for being late. However, it seems like the issue is occurring for a theme conflict. Did you check with a default WordPress theme like as twentysixteen? If not then check it and also if you are getting the same result with the default theme then feel free to contact us- https://wedevs.com/contact. Our support team will debug the issue for you.

    You are right.It seems that the issues are in the theme.Is there any service to fix the theme?
