There are two issues with your settings.
1. It seems you put urls into wrong field (ID).
You need to put urls into Urls field.
2. Some urls seem to be wrong. For example /retro-traders does not exist, right url is /retro-traders/. You need to use actual urls as used by your website.
I did have it set as the urls before abd with the slash at the end. None of that worked but will try again

OK, urls now seem to be OK.
However, block 1 is not enabled for posts (and pages) so it will not be inserted:

You are also using code for AdSense Auto ads on all pages.
Instead of general Header code (which is inserted on all pages) you should configure one block for page-specific insertion:

Configure one block with Auto ads code using of the two proposed approaches and remove general header code:

I have followed the instructions above but still ads are appearing on the pages I have specified they dont appear on. I am not sure why they keep appearing. I have deleted the header auto ads and set the pages as per the instructions. I just do not seem to see what is wrong. Also, is there a way I can control the size of ads on mobile?

I see only code for AdSense auto ads (block 1).
I think I have fixed it now. Ads have stopped displaying on the pages.
Do you know if I can stop mobile ads being square and make them less intrusive. I would like to make them banner like rather than having big boxes that take up a lot of screen.
