    I installed the plugin and set it up using the setting “disable the payments” and selected Cart > total. It worked right away, removing the payment methods on the cart page, but then within a couple of hours (I’m not sure exactly when because I was in a meeting and driving home for a couple of hours) the payment method bars showed up again. I am using WordPress and Divi 4. I need help, because we need to collect the users’ mailing addresses and their selection of days, which occurs on the checkout page and if they choose view cart instead, they may pay at the cart and we lose that information.

    Let me know what I’m missing, please! We just open ticket sales and our support team is frustrated.

    The issue was resolved through a support ticket on our website (our official support channel).
