  • Hi, we’ve been using the plugin for a while now and it’s been working great, but we noticed that it stopped sending data to Convio around late January this year. Any thoughts on what might have happened?

    I’m getting a “Something went wrong, see the response from Convio below. Unable to process request.” error and I’ve been doing some error logs on the plugin and it won’t validate the login. Any ideas?

    I think Convio changed something on their end and it required a new account or some different settings. Sorry I can’t remember more clearly, but I remember running into something similar as well.

    I don’t use the plugin anymore, but I’d suggest contacting Convio to ensure your API credentials are valid. Also, the last active server url I have on hand is secure2.convio.net.

    We’ve been using the same API credentials and server url for another Convio integration that we have on the site and it’s working there. We’ll try to get a hold of Convio and see what was changed so we can check why it’s not validating. Thank you!
