Stop receiving email from old form

    I setup a form for a client many years ago and continue to receive email from it although I no longer do work for them. I’ve asked them many times to delete my email address from their mailing but I’m still getting the emails from the form. Is there a way to stop receiving these emails short of blocking the sender? It’s annoying for me but for them it’s a privacy issue because I’m getting copies of reports for their online store.

    Hello @mxixm,

    I apologize for the trouble you’re facing with the notification emails!

    If you can contact the current website administrators, then your emails address can be removed by opening the form in the form builder and under Settings > Notifications > Send To Email Address. There you can instruct the website administrators to remove your email address and that should stop sending you the notification emails.
