Does this have feature to block all cookies etc. scripts from loading before user agrees with cookies ? for example youtube embed videos won’t show up / load if user doesnt agree. ?
Plugin is one time payment, no monthly fees ?

Yes, our plugin will block most of the commonly used plugins and scripts available on the WordPress platform, including embedded YouTube videos.
