Stock ticker not working after set up

    Hello! Installed the plugin in a client’s site with the correct app key and used the shortcode [stock-market-ticker] in a page. But it is not working. Please help.

    Also having some problems want to add it to my aapl category page but the stock ticker is simply saying “Loading stock data…”

    The short code I used was: [stock_ticker symbols=”aapl”]

    Hi Victoria,

    Based on your short code, you’re not using the Stockdio Ticker plugin but a different one. The short code for the Stockdio Stock Market Ticker is:

    [stock-market-ticker symbols=”aapl”]

    You will need to install the Stock Market Ticker plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/stock-market-ticker/
