Actually, both reports I’m interested in (low and out of stock) show only one product, anyone has had that? Happened since 3.0

There has been some work done to low/no stock notification in WC 3.0.2 – are you sure you’re using the latest version? More information at https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/04/12/woocommerce-3-0-2-fix-release-notes/
