    Hello guys,

    Thanks for the great plugin!

I noticed that when the order status is changed to Withdrawn, the stock is not increased back to its original value – like it happens when changing to Cancelled.

This may lead to inventory inconsistency.

    Thanks

    Hello @dabesa,

Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about the plugin.

The Withdrawn status in our plugin represents the completion of the withdrawal request workflow. It does not automatically process a refund or restock inventory.

Under EU withdrawal rights, customers may submit a withdrawal request within the applicable withdrawal period (typically 14 days from receiving the goods). While the withdrawal request indicates the customer’s intention to exercise that right, the actual refund and order processing must still be carried out by the store administrator through WooCommerce.

As a result, stock is not automatically restored when a withdrawal request is marked as Withdrawn. Inventory adjustments are handled when the corresponding WooCommerce order is refunded or cancelled, and the related stock management actions are performed.

We appreciate your feedback and are happy to answer any further questions you may have.
