    Please read my messages and reply with valuable information. I have deleted the old files (free version) as stated everywhere on the instructions. I have cleared the cache file several times after deleting the OLD file (free version) and then installing the new file. Nothing works! I then reinstate the free version and it works fine. Your paid version does not work (at least the one you are sending me) It will give me the error message that I sent to you an my last email. I have been having problems for over a month…the free version works but the paid version file you send me does not. What part of of this message do you not understand?

    Please resolve this without repeating the same response!

    Dear user this error always happen when our users forgot to delete old file. If you did so, then I would like to ask you delete it again and also go in plugins folder which is in your computer. (when you add plugins in your computer you should have the folder of the plugin, find huge-it folder and delete it
    Also I should inform you that it is not allowed to make long conversation in forum, so please let’s keep on talking by e-mail
