I still have no support after 1 week, yet I see posts that were posted After mine being answered. Only plugin support that I ever delt with that takes longer than 1 week and still no support. I understand theres a lot of help needed, as a plugin product you would expect that as well as expect to be rated along with the support that comes with it.

    My original issue

Calendar on my Events page displays crooked, skewed from bottom to top slanting.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Looks good to me.
Maybe just saying “doesn’t look right on my site” is a little simple when asking for support for a free without-cost plugin. Dont you think?

Looks good to you? Thanks, but it still looks skewed to me. I would figure mentioning my calendar looks skewed was straight to the point? I do not see the relevance of mentioning the plugin is free without cost regarding my issue/post. I have been waiting one week…If I were able to find a thread possibly regarding my issue, I would of defaulted to that.

But the point is, you supplied a link to the site that you say has a problem. When others go to your site, we don’t see any evidence of skewing. So readers of your question would have assumed that you had resolved the problem. It looks like the problem may be specific to your computer or your browser.

    Hi zj5,

I’m sorry that the calendar isn’t showing up the way you’d like! I would recommend taking a look at this article, which has some good information on adjusting the styling for events pages. I would also recommend testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins to see if you can get the calendar displaying nicely (you can see an example of the out-of-the-box styling on wpshindig.com), and if so, you may need to add a bit of custom CSS to get it integrated with the rest of your site.

We do try to respond to our users as quickly as possible, but as you pointed out, a high volume of threads and limited resources does mean that it may sometimes take a bit longer.

    I hope this helps!

Hey there! This thread has been inactive for a while so we’re going to go ahead and mark it Resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if any other questions come up and we’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂
