Still need Help! clever tweet!

    I’m trying to use clever tweet on the sidebar but I get an error:

    Error: Can’t fetch Twitter feeds. Perhaps Twitter is down or your webhost doesn’t support the loading of external feeds.

    is this a php related problem? I’m hosted with 1and1 if that makes a difference.
