Sticky post problem

I have set a post called ‘Opening time’ as a sticky post and have also posted two test posts. While the ‘Opening time’ post is sticking at the top, only the heading is visible and there is a large black rectangle surrounding it.

Can anyone figure out how I can make the sticky post appear in full just like the posts beneath it and dispatch the back rectangle to the abyss?
