Sticky Post order

    I have four sticky posts on my sites front page. And the order seems, well… out of order. I can’t figure out how the sticky posts are arranging themselves. They don’t seem to be arrange themselves by post date. Ideally I’d like to choose their order, much like I do with pages. Any help with how order is determined for sticky posts would be appreciated.

    The sticky posts are listed in post id order. In other words, the order in which the posts were created – not necessarily published. If you wanted a custom order, you’d need to create multiple Loops on your home page – each with a custom query.

    Hope your still around because someone wrote a plugin to fix this. I experienced the same issues on cat fancy
