Sticky Header Background Problem

Hi guy I have a problem with my website I got this theme “wise guys” and wanted to add a sticky header, after hours of trial and error I finally got to make the header sticky but I now have this problem with the alignment /background colour of the header, I cant colour the background or move it to the center so it blocks the see through gap after the contact link

Please can you help me
