    What do you mean by “sticky”?

    Ad Inserter always inserts code according to settings.

    you know those ad on mobile that no matter you scrool down or up they are always visible on bottom..

    Usually this is theme-dependent and can not be easily incorporated into this plugin which only inserts code.

    However, you can insert some (javascript) code that will keep code block at specific position.
