Step “installation” does not work

    Hi,
    I have installed Really Simple SSL and I am doing the various steps, but in the fifth step “installation” everything stops and I cannot proceed. At this point I can only press the “update” button but nothing happens and everything is stopped.

    What should I do? Thanks

    Hi @andreawebmark,

    do you see any errors when trying to complete step 5? I did notice your site has a valid SSL certificate now. Loading the backend of your site over https:// should allow you to press the ‘Activate SSL!’ button which will move your site to SSL.

    I logged out and then logged in again and everything worked!
