Staying Logged in Problem

Hello Everyone, I am no coder or anything, a friend made a website for my guild and he has since not been too active, While I have had a problem for ages now.

The problem is, the site uses wordpress and a forum, When I log in with the box “Log me in on each visit” ticked, the next day I need to log in again and its getting annoying. This happens on my smartphone as well as any browser/computer I use.

Can anyone help me and my guild?
