    Bonjour,

    Jai configuré mes pages de paiements pour vendre ma formation en ligne, quand je fais le text d’achat je reçois bien le mail avec “commande en cours de traitement” mais rien d’autres, et dans “commande” le statut reste bloqué sur “en cours” donc mes clients ne peuvent pas recevoir leur lien de connexion a leur compte qui leur donne accès aux cours. j’ai tout essayé ce qui était possible et rien ne fonctionne.

    Puis-je avoir de l’aide s’il vous plait?

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it must be when your customers can’t receive their course access after purchase. Let’s work together to get this sorted.

    To better understand what’s happening, could you please share a few details:

    1. Which plugin or service are you using to sell the online courses (e.g., Sensei LMS, LearnDash, Tutor LMS, custom setup, etc.)?
    2. When an order is placed, does the payment go through successfully, and does the order remain Processing or change to Completed?
    3. Could you please share your WooCommerce System Status Report?
      You can get it from WooCommerce → Status → Get system report, then paste it into https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com and share the link here.

    Once I have this information, I’ll guide you step-by-step to resolve the order status issue and ensure your customers automatically receive their login or access links.
