    Hi everyone – apologies if the topic is dealt with somewhere else, but I could not find it.

    In “My tickets” page the plug-in inserted the status filter automatically, however this is not working.

    I created several test tickets and each has its own status and priority combination (e.g., New – High, or WIP – Low). The status filter dropdown menu shows all such combinations, but they look “sticked together” (i.e., there is no space between the words) and the filter does not work (any option I select does not bring up any posts, though they exist).

    Please refer to the attached screenshot for an example (it’s in italian, but should easily make sense). “Nuovo” means “New” and “In lavorazione” means “WIP”. Each priority has a number attached, but I also tried removing them without success:

    In case this is an issue that can’t somehow be solved, please could you let me know how to remove the status filter entirely? Thanks a lot!
