Status field mandatory

    Hello,
    I would like to make the fiel “status”, which is the first field in the search bar on the homepage, mandatory so that users have to choose one of the options.
    As it is a basic feature of estatik I do not have the option within the field builder in the back-end.
    I hope you can help me with a way of making this work anyway 🙂
