Status change

    I noticed when order status is ‘withdrawn’ and when you click to refund the order manually, the order status doesn’t change automatically to refunded or partialy refunded. Is this is how it supposed to be and I have to update the status manually or there is some space for plugin improvement?

    I’ve just tested that with a complete refund and the order status changes just fine (to refunded). Please keep in mind: There is no built-in “partial-refunded” order status in Woo so the status is only changed for a fully refunded order.

    I have a status on our website Partially refunded. Here’s the screenshot. I always thought that it’s coming from Woo

    No, that is not part of the Woo Core right now. Seems like that is coming from a plugin. Woo Core does, by default, only update the status to refunded in case the whole order was refunded and that works just fine in case the status was “withdrawn” before.
