Please follow these steps:
Go to WordPress Admin Page – Settings – Anti-Spam by CleanTalk – Advanced Settings.
Enable “Complete Deactivation”.
Click “Save Changes”.
Go to Plugins – Installed plugins.
Deactivate and then activate the Anti-Spam plugin.
Please note that the Complete Deactivation option will reset all plugin settings. After activating the plugin again, please make sure to enter your access key again.
Also, please clear all cache on your website (plugins cache).
Additionally, we recommend enabling an alternative mechanism for cookies in the plugin settings.
