Statpress Plugin Not getting export

I have been trying to get my stats from Statpress to export and all I can get downloaded is a blank text file. Is anyone else experiencing this difficulty since updated to 3.1.2? If so is there going to be an update shortly?

I have also gone in to try to do a search and it tells me I do not have permission to do this.
