Statistx registration

Hi, I am trying to register to use the plugin. I am not able to login. I first received the message that the password was wrong, so I requested a new password. I receive the same message when I try to login with that password.

When I try to re-register I am told that the name and e-mail are already in use. When I click help I receive a blank page.

Is there the possibility of an account reset? Thanks for any assistance.
