Statistics for opened and clicked odd

    Hi,

    the statistics show odd things, e.g. one newsletter is said to have been opened by 0, but clicked by 3 people. How can that be if they did not even open the email?

    What exactly does “clicked” show? If I have 5 links in the newsletter and one person clicks on all 5 links, does that count as one click or as five?
